Section 68
Confiscation of Seized Goods

(1) If someone is found to have committed an offense punishable under this Act, the burdened tools, weapons, quadrupeds and other instruments seized related to such offense shall be confiscated.
(2) In connection with the investigation of the offense punishable in accordance with this Act, the burdensome tools, weapons, quadrupeds and other instruments can be sold by auction with the permission of the officer looking into the case, and the amount obtained may be kept in the bond account until the case is settled.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), if the investigation does not show that a person other than the offender has knowingly used or allowed such vehicle to be used to assist the offender, or if the vehicle is valued at less than fifty thousand rupees, it shall not be confiscated and the person who does such an act The punishment imposed under this Act will be an additional punishment up to fifty thousand rupees.
